Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Administrativo Contable para nuestro equipo VITUS, Unidad de Centros Médicos y Odontológicos del Grupo SanCor Salud, con el objetivo de brindar soporte y gestionar de manera integral los distintos circuitos administrativos de las unidades odontológicas asignadas, asegurando el cumplimiento de los procesos, la calidad y confiabilidad de la información, la correcta ejecución operativa y el acompañamiento a las áreas involucradas, contribuyendo a una gestión eficiente y alineada a los objetivos del negocio.

Tus desafíos serán:

  • Tesorería: Pagos, cobranzas y conciliaciones de fondos.
  • Compras e Inventario: Órdenes de compra, proveedores, equipamiento y stock odontológico.
  • Gestión de Profesionales: Altas, bajas, contratos y documentación del personal de salud.
  • Habilitaciones: Trámites, permisos legales y control de vencimientos del centro.
  • Reportería y Análisis: Informes de gestión y análisis de datos para la toma de decisiones.
  • Gestión Administrativa: Control de procesos, archivo de documentación, soporte interno y mejora continua.

Requisitos

  • Estudiante de Contador/a Público/a o Licenciado/a en Administración de Empresas.
  • Manejo de Excel – nivel intermedio/avanzado.
  • Conocimientos de gestión de compras, pagos y cobranzas.
  • Conocimientos básicos de contabilidad e imputación contable.
  • Manejo de sistemas de gestión y herramientas administrativas.
