Buscamos Especialista en Diseño de Experiencias Digitales para sumarse a nuestro equipo.

Su principal misión será impulsar la transformación del aprendizaje mediante el diseño de experiencias digitales innovadoras, integrando herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial y automatización, para facilitar el acceso al conocimiento de forma ágil, simple y escalable.

Sus tareas fundamentales estarán orientadas a:

  • Diseñar y desarrollar contenidos digitales en formatos ágiles (microlearning, videos, simulaciones y guías).
  • Transformar procesos y conocimientos internos en experiencias de capacitación efectivas.
  • Crear piezas visuales y materiales innovadores para el aprendizaje.
  • Desarrollar contenido digital para capacitaciones, asegurando una experiencia clara y atractiva para el usuario.
  • Incorporar herramientas de IA para optimizar la creación de contenidos y experiencias de aprendizaje.
  • Explorar e implementar nuevas tecnologías y formatos innovadores.
  • Automatizar procesos y contribuir a la construcción de una biblioteca digital de conocimiento.
  • Promover experiencias centradas en el usuario, simples, dinámicas y de alto impacto.

Requisitos

Nos orientamos a perfiles que cuenten con:

  • Formación en Diseño Multimedia, Tecnología Educativa, Comunicación Digital o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia en la elaboración y revisión de contenidos informativos para audiencias externas
  • Experiencia en diseño de contenidos digitales y desarrollo de capacitaciones (excluyente)
  • Experiencia en entornos corporativos y proyectos de transformación digital.
  • Manejo excluyente de herramientas de diseño (Adobe, Genially u otras).
  • Experiencia excluyente en creación de contenidos digitales.
  • Conocimiento y uso de herramientas de Inteligencia Artificial (excluyente).
  • Localización: indistinta
