En SanCor Salud buscamos un/a Analista Sr. de Inteligencia de Datos y Operaciones para sumarse al equipo de la Gerencia de Operaciones Asociados. Quien ocupe la posición asumirá el desafío de la transformación analítica del área, convirtiendo datos en decisiones estratégicas que maximicen la eficiencia de nuestra cadena de valor.

¿Cuál será tu desafío?

Acompañarnos en la trancisión de una gestión basada en un modelo proactivo de analítica predictiva, visibilidad integral (End-to-End) e inteligencia operativa. Trabajarás de forma transversal e interrelacionada con diferentes sectores y tribus de la Gerencia, siendo el nexo estratégico.

Buscamos a alguien con capacidad de modelar escenarios futuros, proyectar variables críticas y medir el impacto real de cada medida de negocio.

Tus principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Tableros y Visión End-to-End: Diseñar tableros operativos transversales por sector/tribu, logrando la interrelación de KPIs para evaluar la cadena de valor completa.
  • Gobierno y Calidad del Dato: Garantizar la conciliación continua entre las bases transaccionales de origen y los tableros gerenciales, asegurando una única fuente de información confiable y normalizada.
  • Analítica Predictiva y Proyecciones: Diseñar y proyectar variables críticas (Altas, Bajas, Suspensiones, Facturación, Aportes) para prevenir desvíos presupuestarios, anticipar cuellos de botella y configurar alertas tempranas.
  • Medición de Medidas de Negocio y SLAs: Establecer mecanismos formales para medir el cumplimiento, impacto y seguimiento de las decisiones operativas, así como el nivel de servicio (SLAs) prestado a clientes internos.
  • Nexo Estratégico y Presupuesto: Actuar como interlocutor técnico con otras Gerencias del negocio, traduciendo la dinámica operativa del terreno para alimentar de forma consolidada los tableros corporativos.
  • Análisis Causa-Raíz: Realizar diagnósticos cuantitativos avanzados ante desvíos y proveer informes ejecutivos clave para la toma de decisiones de la gerencia.

Requisitos

🎓 Formación: Graduados/as o estudiantes avanzados/as en Ciencia de Datos, Ingeniería Industrial, Licenciatura en Sistemas/Informática, Estadística, Administración de Empresas, Economía o carreras afines.

💼 Experiencia: Experiencia previa comprobable en Business Intelligence (BI), análisis cuantitativo de datos, control de gestión u operaciones, desarrollando tableros, modelos de datos e indicadores interrelacionados.

📊 Conocimientos:

  • Dominio avanzado de herramientas de Business Intelligence (Power BI, MicroStrategy, Tableau, etc.) y lenguaje SQL para explotación de datos.
  • Manejo de modelos predictivos y proyecciones (Python, R, Excel avanzado).
  • Comprensión de arquitecturas de datos, sistemas transaccionales (CRM, ERP) y su integración con sistemas de gestión.
