En SanCor Salud buscamos un/a Analista de Procesos que quiera ser protagonista de la transformación de nuestra operación.

¿Cuál será tu desafío?

Ayudarnos a entender, cuestionar y rediseñar nuestros procesos de punta a punta, identificando oportunidades para hacerlos más simples, eficientes y escalables.

Vas a trabajar junto con diferentes equipos de SanCor Salud, combinando procesos, datos y tecnología para transformar la forma en que operamos y generar un impacto concreto en la experiencia de nuestros asociados y prestadores.

Buscamos a alguien que no se conforme con entender cómo hacemos las cosas hoy, sino que se pregunte constantemente cómo podemos hacerlas mejor.

Tus principales responsabilidades serán

  • Analizar y rediseñar procesos con una visión end-to-end (E2E).
  • Identificar fricciones, causas raíz y oportunidades de simplificación y mejora.
  • Diseñar, junto con los equipos involucrados, nuevas formas de operar.
  • Utilizar datos e indicadores para medir el desempeño y el impacto de las mejoras.
  • Identificar oportunidades de digitalización y automatización y acompañar su implementación.
  • Facilitar el trabajo transversal entre las áreas involucradas.

Requisitos

🎓 Formación: Universitaria o terciaria finalizada. Se valorarán especialmente Ingeniería Industrial, Licenciatura en Organización Industrial, Administración, Sistemas o carreras afines.

💼 Experiencia: Experiencia comprobable en análisis, diseño y mejora de procesos. Valoramos especialmente haber participado en iniciativas de rediseño, mejora continua y/o transformación.

📊 Conocimientos: Análisis de datos e indicadores, gestión y modelado de procesos (BPM/BPMN), metodologías de mejora continua y análisis de causa raíz.

💡 Será un plus: conocimientos de automatización, Process Intelligence / Process Mining y metodologías ágiles, así como interés por incorporar inteligencia artificial y nuevas tecnologías al análisis y rediseño de procesos.

🤝 Buscamos personas con pensamiento crítico, visión sistémica, curiosidad, capacidad de colaboración y orientación a resultados, con ganas de desafiar constructivamente la forma actual de trabajar.

📍 Ubicación: Rafaela / Sunchales / Santa Fe / Buenos Aires.

🕒 Jornada: Lunes a jueves de 07:00 a 16:00 hs, viernes de 7 a 15:00 hs.
