#TrabajemosJuntos. Buscamos un/a Analista estrategico de salud que tendra como objetivo Relevar necesidades de clientes internos referidas comúnmente al monitoreo y control de información, para luego traducirlas técnicamente y así finalmente generar Tableros de Control (Dossier/Dashboards) que los ayuden a cumplir sus necesidades y detectar patrones, señales y/o anomalías.

Tus principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Reuniones de relevamientos de necesidades con líderes de área, para entender el proceso de negocio, los problemas actuales y el objetivo de la medición.
  • Traducción de necesidades en métricas concretas. Acuerdo sobre fórmulas, dimensiones de análisis y metas.
  • Evaluación técnica de las fuentes/orígenes de datos. Identificación de datos nulos, errores de carga o falta de historial.
  • Limpieza y estructuración de tablas. Creación de relaciones para que el tablero sea ágil.
  • Creación de Prototipos en Excel, de las lógicas y gráficas que tendrá luego el Tablero Interactivo en Strategy, para validar con el cliente interno antes de pasar a "producción"
  • Desarrollo técnico de visualizaciones interactivas, filtros y navegación fluida (User Experience) en Strategy (muy eventualmente en Looker Studio)
  • Cruce de los datos del tablero contra el sistema origen para asegurar que no hay desvíos numéricos.
  • Sesiones de formación para asegurar que los usuarios finales sepan usar los Tableros, interpretar los datos y usar los filtros.
  • Revisión de fórmulas complejas, aperturado de la información y procesos de actualización para reducir tiempos de carga.

Requisitos

  • Est avanzando o egresado de Ingenieria, Cs de Datos, Sistemas, Economica, Estadistica o carreras afines (Excluyente)
  • Experiencia en 2 años en puestos con la creación de visualizaciones de datos (herramienta indistinta: Looker, Tableau, Q Link, Power Bi o Strategy)
  • Excel (avanzado/excluyente),
  • Presentaciones (intermedio/Excluyente),
  • Visualización de datos/armado de Tableros (avanzado/excluyente),
  • Manejo de las herramientas de Google Workspace – Sheet. Gmail, Meet (intermedio/excluyente),
  • Uso de Plataformas de IA conversacional – ChatGPT, Gemini (intermedio/deseable),
  • Administración de datos - SQL (intermedio/deseable),
  • Programación y aplicaciones en Ciencia de Datos - R, Python (intermedio/deseable)
  • Residencia en AMBA, Rafaela o Sunchales
