En SanCor Salud buscamos un/a Analista Funcional SAP para sumarse al equipo de Aplicaciones, quien asumirá el rol de referente técnico-funcional de la plataforma y será el nexo clave entre Negocio, Producto, equipos tecnológicos y proveedores.

¿Cuál será tu desafío?

Acompañarnos a entender, desafiar y traducir las necesidades de la organización en soluciones funcionales viables, eficientes e integradas. Vas a trabajar de forma transversal con diferentes equipos, promoviendo el uso de funcionalidades estándar de SAP, garantizando una visión de proceso end-to-end que genere un impacto concreto en nuestra operación.

Buscamos a alguien que no solo comprenda cómo operan hoy nuestros procesos en SAP, sino que explore constantemente las capacidades de la plataforma para hacerlos más simples, escalables y sostenibles en el tiempo.

Tus principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Realizar el análisis y entendimiento funcional de los requerimientos junto al Product Owner y stakeholders, diseñando procesos AS-IS / TO-BE y promoviendo la estandarización.
  • Analizar impactos cross-módulo, interfaces e integraciones entre SAP y otros sistemas de la compañía (APIs, servicios, lotes batch).
  • Participar activamente en el ciclo completo de proyectos de implementación, actualización (upgrades/S4HANA) y evolución de SAP (relevamiento, diseño, pruebas UAT, cutover y estabilización).
  • Actuar como referente frente a proveedores SAP, validando el alcance, la calidad funcional de los entregables y cuestionando las propuestas de solución.
  • Colaborar con los equipos de QA y Desarrollo en la definición de escenarios de prueba, criterios de aceptación y resolución de incidentes o problemas recurrentes.
  • Evaluar nuevas funcionalidades nativas de la plataforma para reemplazar desarrollos a medida y optimizar la operación.

Requisitos

🎓 Formación: Estudiantes avanzados/as o graduados/as en Ingeniería/Licenciatura en Sistemas, Informática, Organización Industrial, Contador Público, Administración o carreras afines (o experiencia equivalente comprobable).

💼 Experiencia: Experiencia comprobable minimo 5 años en análisis funcional de soluciones SAP, relevamiento de requerimientos, trabajo con metodología Agile/Scrum e interacción con consultores/proveedores

📊 Conocimientos: Dominio funcional de conceptos ERP, procesos end-to-end, integraciones y arquitectura general. Valoraremos experiencia en módulos como Collections Management, SD, AP, FI/FI-LOC, TRM, GL, AR, MM, así como participación en proyectos de migración a SAP S/4HANA.
