Estamos en la búsqueda de un/a ANALISTA, que se sumará a nuestro equipo de Gestión Médico Comercial

Su misión será ser el motor de inteligencia de datos del equipo, sosteniendo la trazabilidad y la calidad de los datos del circuito de navegación, de punta a punta.

¿Qué desafíos vas a encontrar en esta posición?

- Recibir y analizar informes

- Analizar, junto al Médico, las barreras de acceso a abordar en cada caso

- Participar en la Mesa de Priorización y Consenso aportando el análisis de costos e impacto económico

- Generar y mantener los reportes de métricas y KPIs

- Proponer mejoras en los modelos de segmentación y priorización

Requisitos

Excluyentes:

- Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en análisis de datos, preferentemente en salud, seguros o áreas de riesgo/costos

- Manejo avanzado de Excel

- Conocimiento de SQL y bases de datos

- Manejo de herramientas de visualización de datos. Manejo de herramientas de gestión documental/reporting

Deseables:

- Terciario/universitario finalizado o en curso en carreras relacionadas a Ciencias Económicas, Administración de Empresas, Analista de Sistemas o Carreras afines a Ciencia de Datos o Estadística

- Conocimiento de modelos predictivos y de riesgo en salud

- Conocimiento del negocio de salud / medicina prepaga
