Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Coordinador Odontológico para sumarse a nuestro equipo VITUS, en Capital Federal

Su principal responsabilidades será garantizar la excelencia clínica y operativa del centro odontológico, liderando el equipo de profesionales de la salud, definiendo lineamientos asistenciales, promoviendo buenas prácticas médicas y asegurando la calidad de atención al paciente, en alineación con los objetivos estratégicos de la institución.

Algunas de sus funciones serán:

  • Liderar la gestión médica integral del centro, promoviendo la mejora continua en la atención y los resultados en salud.
  • Definir y supervisar los protocolos clínicos y guías de buenas prácticas.
  • Coordinar y acompañar al equipo odontológico y asistencial no médico en su desempeño profesional, asegurando una atención ética, eficiente y centrada en el paciente.
  • Participar en la definición de la oferta prestacional del centro (especialidades, agenda médica, servicios diagnósticos, etc.).
  • Reclutar personal asistencial odontológico.
  • Controlar el uso y los pedidos de insumos al área de compras.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de la normativa sanitaria y de los estándares de acreditación vigentes.
  • Monitorear indicadores clínicos y operativos que garanticen la calidad del servicio.
  • Representar a la institución ante auditorías médicas, sociedades científicas u organismos reguladores cuando se requiera.

*Quien ocupe el cargo, deberá tener disponibilidad para movilizarse eventualmente hacia Morón / Quilmes (otras sucursales)

Requisitos

Experiencia mínima de 2 años en posiciones similares en el rubro Salud

Estudios preferentes: Medicina Odontología

Trabajo en equipo y liderazgo

Manejo de informática (paquete de google, excel, word, etc)

Residencia: Capital Federal con disponibilidad para movilizarse en zonas de Morón / Quilmes
