Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un EJECUTIVO DE VENTAS SEGUROS para nuestro equipo comercial de MISTA.

Su principal función será desarrollar, implementar y potenciar un nuevo canal comercial para Mista, impulsando la comercialización de productos a través de venta telefónica, convenios bancarios, plataformas digitales y agentes institorios, maximizando el presupuesto asignado y expandiendo la presencia de la marca en el mercado corporativo.

Entre sus principales funciones se destacan:

👉 Liderar e implementar la estrategia de venta telefónica y canales digitales para la comercialización de productos Mista.

👉 Establecer, gestionar y mantener alianzas comerciales estratégicas con bancos y agentes institorios para ampliar la red de distribución.

👉 Optimizar e intensificar el uso del presupuesto comercial asignado para la apertura y consolidación del nuevo canal.

👉 Supervisar la ejecución operativa de las ventas a través de plataformas digitales asegurando el cumplimiento de los SLA comerciales.

👉 Diseñar propuestas comerciales adaptadas al segmento corporativo y a los requerimientos de cada socio estratégico.

👉 Analizar el rendimiento de los nuevos canales de venta y proponer mejoras continuas en los procesos de prospección y cierre.

Requisitos

👉 Formación: Graduado/a o estudiante avanzado de Comercialización, Administración de Empresas, Marketing o carreras afines.

👉 Experiencia: Comprobable (3 a 5 años) en desarrollo de canales comerciales, venta telefónica/digital y gestión de alianzas corporativas.

👉 Conocimientos específicos: Mercado asegurador / salud / financiero y operación con agentes institorios y entidades bancarias
