Liderá la estrategia de protección de nuestra infraestructura y garantizá operaciones seguras, ágiles y resilientes asumiendo el rol de Líder Técnico de Seguridad Cloud.

Tu misión y desafío será garantizar la implementación técnica, segura y automatizada de nuestra infraestructura en entornos de nube (pública, privada e híbrida). En Operaciones, buscamos simplificar y mejorar todos los días; tu rol será clave para proteger nuestros activos digitales, promoviendo arquitecturas Zero Trust y prácticas DevSecOps sin ralentizar la innovación de nuestros productos.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

  • Actuar como referente técnico en el diseño de arquitecturas cloud seguras (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) y patrones de Landing Zone, aplicando principios de Security by Design y segregación de redes.
  • Definir e implementar políticas de acceso (IAM) de menor privilegio, cifrado de datos y protección en entornos de contenedores (Kubernetes, OpenShift).
  • Integrar y supervisar herramientas de protección y visibilidad en la nube (CSPM, CWPP) para detectar desvíos de configuración y vulnerabilidades en tiempo real.
  • Garantizar la seguridad en el ciclo de vida de la Infraestructura como Código (IaC), integrando controles automatizados en los pipelines de CI/CD.
  • Liderar técnicamente la investigación de incidentes de seguridad cloud, evaluar excepciones técnicas y promover buenas prácticas de ciberseguridad trabajando codo a codo con los equipos de DevOps y Desarrollo.

  • Trabajarás en la vanguardia tecnológica evaluando e integrando herramientas nativas y de terceros para la protección multi-cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Tendrás autonomía para guiar y articular a equipos multidisciplinarios, con el desafío de proponer soluciones automatizadas que reduzcan la deuda técnica de seguridad.

Requisitos

  • Título Universitario en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación, Informática, Telecomunicaciones o afines.
  • Experiencia sólida en roles de ingeniería de seguridad cloud o liderazgo técnico, con dominio de arquitecturas en AWS, Azure o GCP.
  • Conocimientos prácticos en seguridad de contenedores (Kubernetes, Docker), infraestructura como código (Terraform, CloudFormation) y metodologías DevSecOps.
  • Manejo de plataformas de protección nativas (CSPM, CWPP) y sólidos conocimientos en redes cloud, gestión de identidades (IAM) y cifrado.
  • Valoramos certificaciones como AWS Certified Security, Azure Security Engineer, CCSP o CISM, así como conocimientos en normativas de protección de datos.
