Protegé el futuro tecnológico de nuestra organización y garantizá el uso seguro de la Inteligencia Artificial asumiendo el rol de Lider técnico Seguridad IA.

Tu misión y desafío será: Garantizar la implementación técnica, segura y ética de nuestros sistemas de IA (Tradicional, Generativa y Agentes Autónomos). En nuestro equipo buscamos simplificar la vida del asociado, y tu rol será clave para lograrlo protegiendo la integridad de los datos, blindando nuestros algoritmos contra ataques y asegurando el estricto cumplimiento de los marcos de privacidad.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar y validar arquitecturas seguras para proyectos de IA (GenAI, RAG), evaluando también modelos de terceros y servicios en la nube.
  • Implementar barreras de contención (Guardrails), Firewalls de Prompts y controles estrictos para Agentes Autónomos, previniendo inyecciones o filtraciones de datos sensibles.
  • Integrar controles automatizados de seguridad (MLSecOps) en el ciclo de vida de los modelos y asegurar la protección de datos durante los procesos de entrenamiento.
  • Planificar y ejecutar ejercicios de ataques simulados (Red Teaming) frente a vulnerabilidades, y monitorear continuamente posibles anomalías o abusos en las APIs.
  • Gestionar riesgos frente a herramientas no homologadas (Shadow AI) y actuar como nexo especializado entre el Centro de Excelencia de IA, arquitectura de datos y ciberseguridad.

  • Trabajarás en la frontera de la ciberseguridad, aplicando prevención contra el OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, técnicas de privacidad diferencial y observabilidad especializada.
  • Liderarás la postura técnica de seguridad con autonomía, promoviendo a la vez la concientización en desarrollo seguro dentro de un equipo multidisciplinario.

Requisitos

> Título Universitario en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Computación, Ingeniería Informática, Ciencia de Datos o carreras afines.

> Formación deseable: Posgrado o Especialización en Ciberseguridad, Inteligencia Artificial, Ciencia de Datos o Seguridad de la Información. Certificaciones valoradas: Certified AI Security Professional, AWS/Azure AI Engineer, CISM, CISSP, CEH, o cursos certificados en OWASP LLM / MLSecOps.

> Experiencia mínima de 5 años en Ciberseguridad, Desarrollo de Software o Ciencia de Datos, con al menos 2 años de experiencia comprobable en liderazgo técnico o roles de arquitectura de seguridad en iniciativas de IA / ML.
