Asegurá la confidencialidad de nuestra plataforma CRM corporativa garantizando un ecosistema robusto y confiable bajo el rol de Líder Técnico de Seguridad en Salesforce.

Tu misión y desafío será garantizar la confidencialidad, integridad y cumplimiento normativo de toda nuestra plataforma Salesforce (Sales, Service, Health y Experience Cloud), tu rol será clave para proteger los datos sensibles de nuestros asociados mediante la gestión inteligente de accesos y el diseño de arquitecturas seguras.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

  • Gobernar el modelo de visibilidad y accesos en Salesforce, diseñando y auditando jerarquías de roles, conjuntos de permisos (Permission Sets) y reglas de compartición.
  • Implementar y administrar la suite Salesforce Shield para proteger datos sensibles, configurando módulos de cifrado y monitoreo de eventos en tiempo real.
  • Auditar continuamente la seguridad en portales externos (Experience Cloud), integraciones (Connected Apps/APIs) y código personalizado (Apex/LWC) para prevenir vulnerabilidades y filtraciones.
  • Ejecutar análisis periódicos con herramientas de escaneo (Salesforce Health Check, SAST) y definir políticas de enmascaramiento de datos (Data Masking) para entornos Sandbox.

  • Trabajarás de manera colaborativa y transversal con equipos de Arquitectura, DevOps y las células CRM, asegurando que cada nuevo desarrollo nazca protegido desde su inicio.
  • Tendrás el desafío de promover una cultura de seguridad, capacitando a administradores y consultores, y manteniendo un equilibrio operativo que acompañe el ritmo del negocio.

Requisitos

  • Título Universitario o Terciario Avanzado en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática, Análisis de Sistemas o afines.
  • Sólida trayectoria en el ecosistema Salesforce (como Administrador Senior, Desarrollador o Consultor) con foco específico en seguridad y gobernanza de la plataforma.
  • Dominio avanzado del modelo de seguridad (OWD, Role Hierarchy, FLS), herramientas de auditoría y gestión de identidades/autenticación (SSO, MFA, OAuth 2.0).
  • Experiencia operativa con Salesforce Shield (Platform Encryption, Event Monitoring) e identificación de vulnerabilidades en desarrollo Apex/LWC.
  • Serán valoradas las certificaciones oficiales de Salesforce (Administrator, Identity and Access Management Designer, Security Specialist) y el conocimiento de normativas de protección de datos.
