Estamos buscando COORDINADOR MÉDICO para sumarse a nuestro equipo de Gestión Médico Comercial

Quien ocupe dicha posición tendra la misión de coordinar al equipo de navegación seleccionado para la implementación y seguimiento del proyecto Altos Consumidores.

Entre sus principales funciones se encuentran:

- Velar por el ajuste a los objetivos y resultados del proyecto y su continuidad en el equipo de Gestión Médico Comercial

- Tomar medidas correctivas durante la ejecución del nuevo procesos, implementar nuevas, hacer ajustes

- Acompañar a las personas que conforman el equipo a alinearse al objetivo general “Linea Empresa” entendiendo las particularidades de la venta corporativa

- Dar mirada profesional y técnica desde el rol médico

Requisitos

Excluyentes:

- Médico/a con matrícula habilitante vigente

- Experiencia previa liderando equipos

- Capacidad de liderazgo y coordinación de personas

- Manejo de herramientas de oficina (Microsoft / Google)

- Conocimiento de Excel avanzado

Deseables:

- Especialización en Auditoría Médica o Gestión en Salud

- Herramientas básicas de BI
