Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un Supervisor Operativo para sumarse a nuestro Centro Odontológico VITUS, en Capital Federal.

Sus principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Ser referente del equipo de Admisión del Centro Odontológico y responsable de los procesos de admision de pacientes, incluyendo la gestión administrativa.
  • Asegurar el funcionamiento eficiente, ordenado y continuo de las operaciones diarias del Centro Odontológico, coordinando los recursos humanos, materiales y logísticos necesarios para brindar una atención de calidad, segura y centrada en el paciente.
  • Actuar como nexo entre las áreas asistenciales, administrativas y de soporte de la Compañía, promoviendo la mejora continua de los procesos y contribuyendo a una experiencia satisfactoria para los pacientes

Algunas de sus funciones serán:

  • Liderar y coordinar el equipo de trabajo
  • Supervisar el correcto funcionamiento operativo del Centro Odontológico, garantizando el cumplimiento de los procesos y protocolos establecidos.
  • Establecer alianzas de trabajo con áreas de soporte de la empresa para asegurar el correcto funcionar del negocio (Mantenimiento, Sistemas, Seguridad, etc)
  • Monitorear los circuitos de atención al paciente, identificando desvíos, proponiendo soluciones alternativas
  • Alinearse a las estrategias del negocio en relación a normativas de atención/experiencia del paciente

Requisitos

Experiencia mínima de 2 años en posiciones similares en el rubro Salud

Estudios preferentes: Administración de Empresas, Administración en Servicios de Salud, Gestión Hospitalaria, Relaciones Publicas.

Conocimiento y manejo de sistemas de gestión de alud, así como de recursos e insumos médicos

Trabajo en equipo y liderazgo

Manejo de informática (paquete de google, excel, word, etc)

Residencia: Capital Federal.

Disponibilidad para movilizarse zona oeste y sur (Quilmes, Morón)
