No vienes a mantener sistemas legados; vienes a evolucionar nuestra plataforma. Como Tech Lead, serás el referente técnico de un equipo en crecimiento y tendrás la autonomía para:

  • 🌐 Romper la barrera Web/Móvil: Liderar la estrategia de Monorepos (Turborepo/Nx) para maximizar la reutilización de código y UI entre Next.js y React Native.
  • ⚡ Escalar con Calidad: Definir una arquitectura que soporte alto tráfico transaccional sin sacrificar la UX ni un milisegundo de performance.
  • 🧠 Mentorear Talentos: Elevar la vara técnica del equipo, fomentando una cultura de Code Reviews constructivos, testing robusto y patrones de diseño limpios (SOLID/Hexagonal).
  • 📱 Impactar al Usuario Final: Cada decisión técnica que tomes afectará directamente cómo miles de personas gestionan su dinero cada día.

Requisitos

  • Core: React Native (Mobile) + Next.js (Web) + TypeScript.
  • Arquitectura: Monorepos (Turborepo), Micro-frontends. (O contar con una base fuerte en javascrit)
  • Infra: AWS (Cloudfront, S3, Lambdas), CI/CD pipelines automatizados.
  • Calidad: Jest, Testing Library, New Relic.
