Buscamos Representantes de Atención y Retención al Cliente para sumarse a nuestro equipo y acompañar a quienes confían en nuestros servicios de seguros, brindando una atención cercana, ágil y orientada a la resolución de cada consulta.

🚀 ¿Cuál va a ser tu desafío?

📌 Brindar atención telefónica a clientes, gestionando consultas, solicitudes y gestiones vinculadas a nuestros productos y servicios.

📌 Comprender las necesidades de cada cliente para ofrecer respuestas claras, eficientes y orientadas a la resolución.

📌 Acompañar procesos de retención y fidelización, fortaleciendo el vínculo entre el cliente y la compañía.

📌 Contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos de calidad, servicio y satisfacción definidos por el área.

Requisitos

✅ ¿Qué esperamos de vos?

  • Secundario completo (excluyente).
  • Se valorarán estudios terciarios o universitarios en curso o finalizados en carreras como Administración, Contabilidad, Derecho, Comunicación, Psicología o afines.
  • Experiencia previa en atención al cliente, retención o gestión de servicios en entornos de Contact Center.
  • Manejo de herramientas informáticas (Word y Excel).
  • Experiencia utilizando sistemas de gestión o CRM (deseable).
