¿Cuál va a ser tu desafío?

📌 Contactar telefónicamente a clientes con obligaciones vencidas, comprendiendo su situación particular y acompañándolos en la búsqueda de alternativas de regularización acordes a sus posibilidades.

📌 Analizar cada caso para identificar oportunidades de negociación y alcanzar compromisos de pago sostenibles que contribuyan a la recuperación de la cartera.

📌 Gestionar las cobranzas dentro de un marco ético y profesional, garantizando una experiencia de atención respetuosa, cercana y orientada al cliente.

📌 Cumplir objetivos de recupero mediante una gestión eficiente, manteniendo altos estándares de calidad en cada interacción.

Requisitos

¿Qué esperamos de vos?

✅ Formación y experiencia

  • Secundario completo (excluyente).
  • Se valorarán estudios terciarios o universitarios en Administración, Contabilidad, Derecho, Psicología, Comunicación o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia comprobable en gestión de cobranzas telefónicas (no excluyente).

⚙️ Herramientas

  • Manejo de herramientas informáticas (Word y Excel).
  • Experiencia en el uso de sistemas de gestión y CRM (deseable).
