A área de Suprimentos da Tigre está em busca de um(a) Assistente Administrativo(a) com alto nível de organização, atenção aos detalhes e senso de responsabilidade para ser a base que mantém os processos do nosso backoffice funcionando com precisão e dentro dos prazos (SLA).

A posição oferece contato com operações em diferentes países, com possibilidade de apoiar as unidades Tigre no Brasil, América Latina e Estados Unidos de forma remota.

Responsabilidades e atribuições O(a) Assistente Administrativo(a) de Suprimentos será responsável por garantir a execução das rotinas operacionais da área com organização, rigor e cumprimento dos prazos. Cabe a essa posição assegurar o cadastro e a atualização de fornecedores e representantes comerciais nos sistemas, manter os dados de itens corretos e atualizados e zelar pela manutenção dos contratos sistêmicos. Também responderá pelo suporte às demandas do dia a dia, contribuindo diretamente para a confiabilidade das informações e para o bom funcionamento da área de Suprimentos.Realizar cadastros de novos fornecedores e atualizações no COUPA e SAP, atendendo as demandas do time de compras;

Manter contato com fornecedores e áreas internas para resolver pendências documentais e garantir que os cadastros avancem;

Apoiar a condução de processos internos da Tigre junto aos compradores ou requisitantes com base nas Políticas Internas para cadastros de fornecedores e revisões. -Revisar e validar a documentação de fornecedores recebida por meio da plataforma Linkana, garantindo a aderência aos requisitos de homologação da empresa;Acompanhar pendências documentais junto aos fornecedores, realizando follow-up e orientações necessárias a área de compras para a conclusão dos processos cadastrais;

Atualizar e consolidar informações para elaboração de relatórios e indicadores da área, acompanhando o volume de chamados atendidos, prazos e demais métricas operacionais.

Identificar oportunidades de melhoria nos processos de cadastro e homologação de fornecedores, sugerindo ações que contribuam para a eficiência e qualidade das atividades da área.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior em andamento em Administração, Logística, Qualidade ou áreas correlatas;Excel básico;

Experiência prévia com SAP.

Requisitos DesejáveisExperiência prévia em rotinas administrativas de compras, suprimentos ou áreas correlatas

Familiaridade com sistemas de gestão como SAP, Coupa, ou similares

Excel básico;

Vivência com cadastro ou homologação de fornecedores.
