COORDINADOR DE SOPORTE AL PRODUCTO

Requisitos:

  • Educación Superior (carrera indistinta)
  • Experiencia previa en roles similares

Actividades:

  • Proporcionar asesoría a técnicos de servicio y vendedores.
  • Gestionar el soporte con IT en caso de fallas de la app.
  • Capacitar en sistemas nuevos de los productos a los técnicos y operadores.
  • Revisar las inspecciones y generar cotizaciones y/o reportes fotográficos para el envío a sucursales o planeadores.
  • Llevar registro de las cotizaciones autorizadas por el cliente.
  • Realizar reporte fotográfico de avances de la reparación de equipos de clientes mineros.
  • Coordinar la salida de la máquina, realización de la orden de salida.
  • Coordinar y dar seguimiento a la facturación de las órdenes internas y externas. Enviar la documentación completa al área de facturación.
  • Realizar diariamente la planeación en conjunto con el supervisor e involucrados y validar el llenado de hojas de planeación.
  • Dar seguimiento y solución al cliente en caso de que el producto (maquina, llantas, camión, etc.) requiera un traslado a taller proveniente de un servicio en campo.
  • Coordinar el envío y solicitudes de las muestras de aceite (Cuando esta actividad aplique).
  • Verificar el listado de pedido de partes y entregarla al área correspondiente para su cotización y gestionar la autorización.
  • Programar la captura de materiales y refacciones utilizadas para el trabajo en el sistema.
  • Atender ordenes de trabajo en el DBS y Validar si la maquina se encuentra en garantía, en el sistema SIMSi, DBS.
  • Analizar fallas y/o derivarlos al departamento técnico (Garantías o Biblioteca).
  • Coordinar el envío de técnicos a realizar la reparación/mantenimiento en campo.
  • Resolver puntualmente las quejas del cliente (Enviar los requisitos de acuerdo a lo que se solicite).
  • Resguardar expediente físico y electrónico (De acuerdo a lo que menciona el procedimiento).
  • Contribuir al presupuesto con el cumplimiento de ventas.
  • Dar seguimiento a la autorización de cuentas de gasto.
  • Colaborar con cualquier actividad relacionada con el trabajo que el jefe inmediato solicite.
  • Participar en las capacitaciones asignadas por la empresa.
  • Cumplir con los requerimientos de la normas vigentes y próximas a adoptar.
