GERENTE DE TRANSFORMACION DIGITAL

Requisitos:

  • Educación Superior Ingeniería en Sistemas, IT, Mecatrónica, Afín.
  • Experiencia previa en roles similares
  • Ingles intermedio - alto

Actividades:

  • Analizar los procesos actuales y proponer escenarios de mejora con enfoque en eficiencia y reducción de errores.
  • Identificar cuellos de botella, reprocesos y tareas manuales susceptibles de mejora mediante tecnología.
  • Levantar requerimientos directamente con las áreas usuarias y documentar necesidades funcionales.
  • Evaluar el nivel de madurez digital de los procesos y áreas clave de la organización.
  • Monitorear indicadores de desempeño como reducción de tiempos operativos, disminución de errores y retorno de inversión (ROI).
  • Ejecutar las iniciativas y proyectos tecnológicos.
  • Diseñar y actualizar el roadmap de transformación digital a corto, mediano y largo plazo.
  • Analizar alternativas tecnológicas existentes en el mercado y soluciones internas viables.
  • Diseñar propuestas de digitalización priorizadas con enfoque costo–beneficio.
  • Gestionar el presupuesto tecnológico anual y asegurar el uso eficiente de los recursos.
  • Coordinar la ejecución de iniciativas digitales trabajando directamente con áreas usuarias y proveedores.
  • Dar seguimiento operativo a la implementación, pruebas y liberación de soluciones tecnológicas.
  • Validar funcionalmente las soluciones implementadas antes de su liberación.
  • Documentar incidencias, mejoras y ajustes requeridos durante la implementación.
  • Impulsar la adopción de herramientas y procesos digitales dentro de la organización.
  • Asegurar que las iniciativas tecnológicas estén alineadas con la estrategia del negocio y las tendencias del mercado.
  • Promover la mejora continua de los procesos mediante automatización y uso estratégico de la tecnología.
  • Contribuir al posicionamiento de la empresa como una organización innovadora y digitalmente competitiva.
  • Definir alcances, entregables, tiempos y responsables de las iniciativas tecnológicas.
  • Gestionar riesgos, dependencias y cambios durante la ejecución de los proyectos.
  • Presentar avances, métricas y resultados de las iniciativas digitales a Dirección.
