INSTRUCTOR

Requisitos:

  • Educación Media Superior
  • Experiencia previa en roles similares

Actividades:

  • Dar soporte en certificación de las habilidades del Tecnigoo.
  • Concentrar e impulsar a la certificación del programa de habilidades correspondientes a los niveles de las diferentes carreras de desarrollo que marca Tecnigoo.
  • Participar en la actualización de las carreras del Tecnigoo.
  • Elaborar la documentación de cursos impartidos de acuerdo con los Procedimientos e Instructivos ISO.
  • Mantener el orden y limpieza de las actividades realizadas, en el espacio que corresponda trabajar.
  • Colaborar en la evaluación y establecimiento de objetivos del desarrollo a Técnicos y desarrollar el material de entrenamiento necesario.
  • Proveer de material el área de prácticas de entrenamiento, como apoyo a los cursos de capacitación.
  • Cumplir con los requerimientos de las normas vigentes y próximas a adoptar.
  • Mantener una constante actualización en temas técnicos.
  • Participar en las actualizaciones de herramientas, equipos y nuevas versiones de estos.
  • Realizar y completar cursos en línea, para una actualización personal.
  • Documentar, mantener y/o reparar material de entrenamiento, nuevo o previamente existente.
  • Identificar el tipo de máquina disponible en nuestro territorio para proyectar nuevos cursos.
  • Concentrar e impulsar a la certificación del programa de habilidades correspondientes a los niveles de las diferentes carreras de desarrollo que marca el Service Pro.
  • Apoyar en cuestiones técnicas y de entrenamiento al área operativa.
  • Documentar y realizar materiales para la certificación de técnicos de minería y construcción.
  • Participar como certificador para técnicos en minería y construcción (si aplica).
  • Participar en las capacitaciones asignadas por la empresa.
  • Proporcionar servicios de consultoría y asistencia técnica en taller, campo, vendedores de maquinaria y clientes.
  • Realizar comprobación los viáticos solicitados para viajes.
  • Realizar entrevistas técnicas para asignación de categoría y enviar resultados de acuerdo con los Procedimientos e Instructivos ISO.
  • Participar en la actualización de los planes de carrera del personal técnico.
  • Participar en la creación/actualización del plan de carrera del Instructor.
  • Participar en la elaboración del plan anual de capacitación en conjunto con su Coordinadora y el área operativa.
