SUPERVISOR DE COBRANZA

Requisitos:

  • Educación Media Superior (carrera indistinta)
  • Experiencia previa en roles similares

Actividades:

  • Actualizar el estatus de los clientes asignados.
  • Coordinar agenda de trabajo del día.
  • Supervisar el cumplimiento de las actividades de los cobradores.
  • Actualizar e integrar información en los expedientes de los clientes.
  • Dar seguimiento a clientes en contado o crédito.
  • Verificar que la facturación sea de acuerdo a las condiciones pactadas con los clientes.
  • Actualizar e informar semanalmente los depósitos realizados en las cuentas verificando que se apliquen correctamente.
  • Generar reporte de estatus de la cartera de clientes mensualmente para revisión.
  • Verificar semanalmente la conciliación de cuentas en conjunto con el cliente.
  • Informar mensualmente al jefe inmediato los clientes incobrables.
  • Generar la factura electrónica y enviarla al cliente al término del pago total.
  • Programar visitas a clientes para cobranza.
  • Coordinar la elaboración de fichas de ingreso.
  • Participar en las capacitaciones asignadas por la empresa.
