Estamos em busca de um(a) Estágio de Departamento Pessoal para somar junto a equipe e auxiliar nas atividades.

Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Apoiar nos processos de admissão e controle de documentos de colaboradores;
  • Dar suporte nas rotinas de férias, afastamentos e controle de vencimentos;
  • Atender colaboradores para esclarecimento de dúvidas relacionadas ao DP.

Buscamos alguém que tenha:

  • Ensino Cursando Superior em RH, Administração ou áreas afins;
  • Organização, atenção aos detalhes e boa comunicação.

Diferenciais:

  • Conhecimento básico em legislação trabalhista e rotinas de Departamento Pessoal;
  • Experiência anterior na área de Departamento Pessoal em Contabilidade;
  • Conhecimento com sistemas de folha de pagamento Questor.

Habilidades Técnicas e Comportamentais:

  • Atendimento ao cliente;
  • Comunicação clara e objetiva;
  • Iniciativa e proatividade;
  • Trabalho em equipe;
  • Relacionamento interpessoal;
  • Organização, Postura profissional, Discrição, Agilidade e senso de urgência.
