The posting

Executar atividades diversas de rotinas administrativas financeiras, auxiliar no lançamento de notas fiscais e nas obrigações acessórias do analista fiscal, atender às solicitações e demandas pontuais do financeiro e contabilidade referentes aos documentos lançados, lançar/ emitir notas de máquinas e remessa, quando solicitado pelo Analista Comercial ou do supervisor direto.

Atividades e Responsabilidades:

  • Acompanhar diariamente o relatório de notas fiscais a lançar e o e-mail de notas a fim de manter atualizados os lançamentos fiscais lançando sempre as prenotas mais antigas no sistema;
  • Lançar as notas fiscais de compras que tem prenota aberta no sistema, analisando e conferindo as informações referentes ao regime de tributação, tipo de fornecedor, possibilidade de aproveitamento do crédito dos impostos, códigos dos produtos, NCM e MVA correspondentes de cada item para cálculo do ICMS ST;
  • Efetuar os ajustes necessários e calcular os valores de imposto a pagar;
  • Lançar os fretes vinculando-os às suas respectivas notas com os dados da transportadora, data de emissão, valor, impostos e vencimento definido pelo financeiro;
  • Arquivar todas as notas fiscais lançadas e emitidas, fretes, nota fiscal de referência de devolução, carta de correção, recusa, dentre outros, seguindo padrões internos de organização;
  • Emitir/ lançar notas fiscais de devolução de compras ou vendas, notas fiscais de remessa e de compra de máquinas, atendendo a solicitação do Analista Fiscal ou do Supervisor de Compras;
  • Atender as solicitações e demandas do financeiro e da contabilidade a respeito de atualizações dos arquivos lançados, lançamentos urgentes ou tirar dúvida de lançamentos.

Atividades Pontuais:

  • Apoiar nas atividades burocráticas da área;
  • Participar ou conduzir projetos especiais quando solicitado;
  • Participar ou conduzir reuniões da empresa sempre que necessário, se preparando com antecedência;
  • Auxiliar nas atividades gerais da área.

Qualificações:

  • Conhecimento geral em práticas administrativas e de escritório, incluindo habilidades de organização e arquivo.
  • Habilidades em comunicação escrita e verbal, necessárias para interação com diferentes departamentos e stakeholders.
  • Capacidade analítica e de resolução de problemas, essenciais para lidar com situações cotidianas de trabalho.
  • Habilidade em trabalho em equipe, promovendo um ambiente colaborativo.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo, ou em andamento em Ciências Contábeis, Administração, ou áreas afins;.
  • Conhecimento com sistema ERP Sankhya, será um diferencial;
  • Domínio pacote office;
  • Experiência prévia com notas fiscais e rotina fiscais.
