The posting

Executar, organizar e controle de documentos, lançamentos financeiros e organização administrativa, controle de custos rurais, insumos agrícolas, às demandas de pessoas, fornecedores e parceiros, assegurando o cumprimento de processos e prazos, contribuindo para a eficiência operacional, organização e sustentabilidade do negócio rural.

Responsabilidades:

  • Notas fiscais
  • Lançar as notas fiscais de compras conferindo para qual departamento e
  • máquinas, implemento ou veículo pertinente;
  • Lançar os fretes vinculando-os às suas respectivas notas com os dados da
  • transportadora, data de emissão, valor, impostos e vencimento definido
  • pelo financeiro.
  • Acompanhamento no portal XML de notas emitidas contra os CPF’s do
  • grupo e realizar a devida entrada no sistema.
  • Arquivar todas as notas fiscais lançadas e emitidas, fretes, nota fiscal de
  • referência de devolução, carta de correção, recusa, dentre outros,
  • seguindo padrões internos de organização,
  • Emitir/ lançar notas fiscais de vendas de mercadorias, atendendo a solicitação do Analista Fiscal ou do Supervisor de Compras;

Cadastro de Fornecedores

  • Realizar novos cadastros de fornecedores/clientes no sistema e também
  • realizar a manutenção dos cadastros existentes.
  • Orientar os fornecedores quanto as regras de compras das fazendas do
  • grupo.

Contratos

  • Controlar, registrar e arquivar os contratos de despesas e receitas.
  • Realizar o lançamento no sistema para acompanhamento de lançamentos de notas fiscais e devido pagamento.

Pecuária

  • Emissão de GTA’s e documentos pertinentes ao embarque para frigorífico e transferência de animais entre fazendas
  • Lançamento de mortes e nascimentos de animais conforme informados pelos responsáveis.
  • Lançamento de transferência de animais no sistema.
  • Lançamento de batidas das rações da Fábrica de ração.
  • Lançamento da alimentação do confinamento.
  • Lançamento de requisições de combustível.
  • Lançamento na planilha de estoque de animais.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Administração, Gestão do Agronegócio, Agronomia, Técnico Agrícola;
  • CNH B.
  • Conhecimento com sistema ERP Sankhya.
  • Domínio pacote office.
  • Boa comunicação escrita e verbal;
  • Residir na fazenda: Barreiro Bolívia (segunda-feira a sexta-feira);
