Atividades:

Programar e realizar visitas e atendimentos aos clientes da sua área de abrangência, levantando demandas, identificando possibilidades de novos negócios, construindo e mantendo relacionamentos duradouros, a fim de concretizar vendas de máquinas e implementos agrícolas. Realizar com qualidade o pós-venda, acompanhando os processos de financiamento, entrega de produtos, mantendo-se informado sobre a satisfação do cliente.

Responsabilidades:

Vendas e negociação:

  • Elaborar orçamentos com apoio do time comercial.
  • Apresentar produtos, negociar condições e formalizar pedidos de venda.
  • Apoiar o cliente em processos de financiamento e documentação.

Pós-venda:

  • Acompanhar a entrega técnica dos equipamentos.
  • Garantir a satisfação do cliente e apoiar em dúvidas e demandas após a venda.
  • Interagir com áreas internas em casos de problemas ou ajustes.

Gestão e acompanhamento:

  • Acompanhar pagamentos junto ao financeiro e tratar pendências com clientes.
  • Controlar despesas de viagem e otimizar custos.
  • Monitorar indicadores de desempenho e atuar para alcance de metas.

Requisitos:

  • Ensino médio completo (desejável superior).
  • Experiência com vendas externas (preferencial no agro ou máquinas).
  • Habilidade em negociação e relacionamento com clientes.
  • Perfil proativo, organizado e focado em resultados.
  • Disponibilidade para viagens.
  • CNH B válida.
  • Conhecimento básico em informática/CRM.
  • Residir na região de Pirapora e buritizeiro.

CONHECIMENTOS, HABILIDADES:

Conhecimento prático em vendas e atendimento ao cliente, com familiaridade com produtos e serviços do setor agrícola. Capacidade de compreender e aplicar conceitos básicos de marketing e técnicas de negociação.
