Venha fazer parte do time de Revenue Growth Management (RGM) do Grupo RFK! Procuramos um profissional com visão analítica e de mercado para atuar na arquitetura de preços e na construção de estratégias que impulsionem a rentabilidade e a competitividade do negócio.

Principais atividades:

  • Elaborar, atualizar e monitorar a arquitetura de preços por canal, região, cliente e SKU, considerando políticas comerciais, margens e posicionamento de mercado.
  • Realizar análises e simulações de reajustes de preços, avaliando impactos em volume, receita e rentabilidade.
  • Monitorar preços da concorrência e do ponto de venda, analisando posicionamento competitivo, índices de preços e oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Analisar elasticidade e sensibilidade a preços por categoria e canal, identificando oportunidades de otimização de receita e margem.
  • Acompanhar a aplicação das políticas comerciais e alçadas de desconto, identificando desvios, recorrências e oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Avaliar a rentabilidade de ações promocionais, descontos e estratégias de pack-price, mensurando resultados antes e após a execução.
  • Identificar oportunidades e vazamentos de preço, incluindo descontos fora da política comercial, clientes e rotas com margens deficitárias.
  • Participar da elaboração do orçamento e forecast, consolidando premissas de preços e simulando seus impactos sobre receita, margem e EBITDA.
  • Elaborar relatórios de análises de desempenho dos SKUs, considerando volume, preço, participação de mercado (share) e rentabilidade, propondo recomendações para a gestão e a área Comercial. Desenvolver e atualizar dashboards, relatórios gerenciais e indicadores de Pricing, garantindo a consistência e confiabilidade das informações.
  • Padronizar bases de dados, processos e rotinas de análise, contribuindo para a evolução da inteligência de preços e das práticas de RGM.
  • Apoiar a preparação de análises e materiais para o comitê de preços, contribuindo com informações para as decisões junto às áreas Comercial e Financeira.
  • Graduação em Administração, Economia, Engenharia, Estatística, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas.
  • Experiência mínima de 4 anos em Pricing, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), Inteligência Comercial ou áreas correlatas.
  • Vivência em empresas de bens de consumo, bebidas, alimentos ou distribuição.
  • Excel avançado e Power BI (ou ferramenta equivalente).
  • Experiência com análise de rentabilidade, formação de preços, políticas comerciais e indicadores de desempenho.
