Se você é um profissional pró ativo, flexível a mudanças e disposto a se comprometer com a busca pela melhoria contínua, junte-se a nós!Todas as nossas vagas estão abertas para pessoas com deficiência (PCD's)Responsabilidades e atribuições Supervisionar as operações diárias de transporte, distribuição e transferência de mercadorias, garantindo eficiência e qualidade na execução dos serviços.Liderar e desenvolver a equipe operacional, promovendo engajamento, acompanhamento de resultados e gestão de desempenho.Monitorar as entregas em trânsito, atuando de forma proativa na identificação e resolução de desvios operacionais.Gerenciar o relacionamento com transportadoras e parceiros logísticos, assegurando o cumprimento dos acordos de nível de serviço (SLA).Acompanhar indicadores de performance, como OTIF, produtividade, custos de transporte, pendências operacionais e índice de reclamações.Controlar ocorrências relacionadas a atrasos, devoluções, avarias e demais desvios da operação, implementando ações corretivas e preventivas.Elaborar e executar planos de ação voltados para a melhoria contínua dos processos e resultados da área.Garantir a correta utilização dos sistemas de gestão de transporte (TMS), monitoramento e demais ferramentas corporativas.Apoiar projetos de melhoria operacional, contribuindo para a otimização dos processos logísticos e redução de custos.Assegurar o cumprimento das normas de segurança, qualidade, compliance e procedimentos internos.Acompanhar e controlar custos de transporte, buscando oportunidades de ganho de eficiência e produtividade.Atuar como elo entre operação, transportadoras e liderança, garantindo comunicação clara e alinhamento das atividades.

Requisitos e qualificações Ensino Superior completo ou em andamento em Logística, Administração, Engenharia, Supply Chain ou áreas correlatas.

Experiência em operações de transporte, distribuição e logística. Vivência com gestão e desenvolvimento de equipes operacionais. Experiência no acompanhamento e gestão de transportadoras. Atuação com monitoramento de indicadores logísticos e planos de ação. Desejável experiência em operações de grande volume e distribuição.
