Requisitos e Qualificações

  • Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Logística, Engenharias ou áreas correlatadas;
  • Excel avançado.
  • Experiência com sistemas TMS;
  • Conhecimento de operações B2B e B2C, distribuição fracionada e gestão de transportadoras;
  • Experiência com liderança de equipes;
  • Experiência anterior em transportes embarcador, distribuição ou operações logísticas.

Atividades

  • Supervisionar e acompanhar a equipe operacional de transportes;
  • Gerir clientes e transportadoras, garantindo o cumprimento dos níveis de serviço;
  • Acompanhar indicadores de desempenho, como SLA e OTD;
  • Gerenciar ocorrências, atrasos, devoluções, avarias e demais desvios operacionais;
  • Monitorar a performance das transportadoras e desenvolver planos de ação;
  • Acompanhar agendamentos, entregas e pendências operacionais;
  • Conduzir reuniões com equipe, clientes e fornecedores;
  • Atuar na melhoria contínua dos processos e resultados da operação.

Jornada de Trabalho

  • Segunda à Quinta: 08:00 às 18:00,
  • Sexta: 08:00 às 17:00.
