Notre client, situé à Sainte-Foy, recherche un(e) leader clinique pour enrichir son équipe dynamique et faire une réelle différence auprès des familles de la région Votre rôle au quotidien En tant qu'IPSPL, vous jouerez un rôle clé au sein d'une structure stimulante, humaine et collaborative : Soins de première ligne : Assurer la prise en charge clinique et le suivi des patients (santé de la femme, périnatalité, pédiatrie et soins de première ligne). Leadership collaboratif : Travailler en synergie avec les infirmières et l'équipe interdisciplinaire pour offrir une prise en charge globale et fluide. Développement & Innovation : Participer activement à l'amélioration continue des soins, au suivi de projets cliniques et à l'évolution de l'offre de services de la clinique. Rayonnement professionnel : Partager votre expertise et parfaire vos connaissances pour demeurer à l'affût des meilleures pratiques médicales Le profil recherché Vous êtes la personne idéale si vous vous reconnaissez dans ce profil : Humaine et bienveillante : Reconnue pour votre écoute, vos compétences relationnelles et votre approche axée sur le patient. Autonome et structurée : À l'aise dans un environnement privé dynamique, polyvalent et en constante évolution. Esprit d'équipe : Vous aimez bâtir des ponts avec vos collègues et exercer un leadership positif et mobilisateur. Exigences clés : Membre en règle de l'OIIQ droit de pratique d’infirmière praticienne spécialisée en soins de première ligne Maîtrise en sciences infirmières et diplôme de 2ᵉ cycle en soins de première ligne. Expérience en pédiatrie, suivi de grossesse et santé de la femme.
