Nous sommes à la recherche d’un(e) pharmacien(ne) pour compléter une équipe solide, passionnée et orientée vers l’excellence des soins. Poste à temps plein ou temps partiel (25h, 30h, 35h ou 40h selon vos disponibilités) Ce que nous vous offrons Cotisations FARPOPQ et OPQ payées Salaire concurrentiel à discuter 4 semaines de vacances par année Assurances collectives modulables (invalidité, vie, soins dentaires) Programme de REER collectif Montant alloué pour la formation continue Une fin de semaine sur quatre seulement Un seul soir par semaine Horaires d’ouverture favorisant l’équilibre : Lundi au vendredi : 9h00 à 20h00 Samedi : 9h00 à 17h00 Dimanche : 10h00 à 16h00 Rôle et responsabilités Vérifier les prescriptions et analyser les dossiers pharmacologiques Offrir des conseils professionnels adaptés aux besoins des patients Surveiller et optimiser les thérapies médicamenteuses Effectuer des suivis cliniques auprès de la clientèle Collaborer étroitement avec les assistantes techniques en pharmacie Assurer un service à la clientèle exemplaire Veiller à l’intégrité et à la sécurité du circuit du médicament Un milieu pensé pour la pratique clinique Ici, tout est mis en place pour vous permettre de pratiquer à votre plein potentiel. Notre équipe comprend plusieurs pharmaciens expérimentés présents en journée ainsi qu’une équipe d’ATP qualifiée et bien formée, vous permettant de vous concentrer sur le travail clinique et l’accompagnement des patients. Nous croyons aussi à l’innovation et à l’implication active des pharmaciens dans le développement de projets et l’évolution des soins.
