Nous recherchons une personne dynamique, avec un bon sens de l'organisation, disponible principalement de jour en semaine (lundi au vendredi). Au besoin, la personne doit également pouvoir remplacer le soir et la fin de semaine. Si vous êtes autonome, orienté.e vers le service à la clientèle et en quête de nouveaux défis, ce poste est fait pour vous ! La Cité Médicale offre de nombreux services, publics et privés, avec une vision axée sur une médecine accessible, de qualité, innovante et intégrant divers professionnels de la santé. Tes responsabilités Accueillir les patients de façon professionnelle à la clinique Fixer et confirmer les rendez-vous par téléphone et en personne Répondre aux appels entrants et renseigner les patients sur nos services Opérer le système de gestion des dossiers électroniques Composer et maintenir à jour des dossiers confidentiels Compétences recherchées Nous cherchons quelqu’un qui : Déteint un DEP en secrétariat (atout) Possède 2 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire ou une combinaison d'expériences pertinentes en santé et en service à la clientèle Offre un excellent service à la clientèle Communique bien et écoute activement Est souriant.e, positif.ve et avec de l’entregent Est ponctuel.le et capable de travailler efficacement en équipe Réalise rapidement et efficacement les tâches de réception Te joindre à l’équipe, c’est aussi Une semaine de vacances attribuée selon l’expérience Un lieu de travail à proximité de restaurants, boutiques et transports en commun Une ambiance de travail conviviale, parce qu’ici, on travaille en équipe Des collègues compétents et dynamiques, qui deviennent comme une deuxième famille Un accès rapide à notre réseau en cas de besoin Assurances collectives et REER collectifs Stationnement gratuit sur place Des rabais sur divers services de la clinique (santé-voyage, médecine esthétique, etc.) Le défi vous intéresse ?
