Notre pharmacie de Sainte-Brigitte-de-Laval est à la recherche d’un(e) pharmacien(ne) à temps plein ou à temps partiel pour se joindre à une équipe dynamique, humaine et engagée. CE QU’ON T’OFFRE Une vraie conciliation travail-vie personnelle Horaire flexible selon tes disponibilités 1 à 2 soirs par semaine pour un poste à temps plein 1 fin de semaine sur 4, de 10 h à 17 h Fermeture à 18 h 30 les lundis et mardis Fermeture à 20 h du mercredi au vendredi Fermeture à 17 h la fin de semaine Des avantages intéressants Cotisations à l’OPQ et au FARPOCQ payées Remboursement de l’adhésion au programme d’assistance juridique de la FPQ Rabais employé Formation continue payée Possibilité de participer à des congrès et séminaires selon tes intérêts UNE ÉQUIPE QUI AIME TRAVAILLER ENSEMBLE Tu travailleras avec des pharmaciennes d’expérience et une propriétaire très présente, accessible et à l’écoute de son équipe. Tu pourras également compter sur une infirmière présente 4 jours par semaine, qui offre plusieurs services professionnels : Vaccination Prises de sang Santé voyage Enseignement et administration de médicaments Soins de plaies Lavages d’oreilles Et plusieurs autres services en développement Notre équipe technique est dynamique, engagée et bien organisée. Tu auras donc le soutien nécessaire pour te concentrer sur ce qui compte : tes patients et ta pratique professionnelle. DE LA PLACE POUR TES IDÉES Nous avons plusieurs projets en cours afin de bonifier notre offre de services cliniques. Si tu as envie de développer de nouvelles idées, de faire évoluer ta pratique ou simplement de travailler dans un milieu où ton opinion est écoutée, tu trouveras ici une équipe ouverte et collaborative. UN ENVIRONNEMENT QUI SORT DE L’ORDINAIRE En plus d’une belle équipe et d’une patientèle agréable, tu travailleras dans un environnement où les montagnes font partie du décor. Des sentiers de randonnée sont accessibles tout près de la pharmacie, pour profiter pleinement de la nature avant ou après le travail. PROFIL RECHERCHÉ Nous recherchons un(e) pharmacien(ne) qui : Détient un diplôme en pharmacie et est membre en règle de l’Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec; A à cœur la qualité des soins et le bien-être de sa patientèle; Aime travailler en équipe; Est autonome, professionnel(le) et organisé(e); Souhaite contribuer au développement des services cliniques; A envie de s’investir dans un milieu humain où les idées sont encouragées.
