Nous sommes actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) réceptionniste à temps partiel pour se joindre à notre équipe de médecine privée. Si vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre sens du service à la clientèle, votre professionnalisme et votre capacité à offrir une expérience chaleureuse et attentionnée aux patients, nous aimerions vous rencontrer. Votre rôle au quotidien Accueillir les patients avec courtoisie et professionnalisme; Répondre aux appels téléphoniques et aux demandes des patients; Planifier et gérer les rendez-vous à l'aide de notre logiciel médical; Traiter les fax entrants et sortants; Répondre aux questions et assurer un excellent service à la clientèle; Communiquer avec les hôpitaux, cliniques et autres partenaires au besoin; Effectuer les paiements pour les services privés; Gérer les courriels et différentes demandes administratives; Mettre à jour les dossiers médicaux électroniques (DME); Numériser, classer et archiver les documents; Offrir un soutien administratif à l'équipe selon les besoins. Ce que nous recherchons Qualifications Diplôme d'études secondaires (DES); Minimum de 1 ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle; Expérience dans un milieu médical ou clinique (atout); Excellente maîtrise du français, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit; Bonne aisance avec les outils informatiques et les logiciels de gestion. Qualités recherchées Sens de l'organisation et souci du détail; Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités simultanément; Autonomie et débrouillardise; Professionnalisme et respect de la confidentialité; Attitude positive et approche chaleureuse envers les patients; Esprit d'équipe et bonne capacité d'adaptation.
