Du bist die erste technische Bearbeitungsinstanz nach unserer Disposition und verantwortest die strukturierte Lösung standardisierter Supportfälle im Client- und Microsoft-365-Umfeld. Der 1st-Level bildet die operative Basis unserer Servicequalität und arbeitet eng mit dem 2nd-Level zusammen.

Das bedeutet im Detail im Bereich IT-Security & Zusammenarbeit:

  • Umsetzung definierter Sicherheitsvorgaben im Clientumfeld
  • Basisanalyse technischer Probleme zur qualifizierten Eskalation
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Disposition und 2nd-Level

im Bereich Client- & Microsoft-365-Betreuung:

  • Einrichtung und Konfiguration von Arbeitsplatzsystemen
  • Benutzer- und Lizenzverwaltung in Microsoft 365
  • Unterstützung bei Outlook, Teams, SharePoint & OneDrive
  • Support bei VPN-, Drucker- und Netzwerkzugängen

im Bereich Support & Ticketbearbeitung:

  • Bearbeitung qualifizierter Supporttickets
  • Analyse und Lösung standardisierter Störungen im Windows- und M365-Umfeld
  • Durchführung definierter Service-Requests (Benutzer, Rechte, Lizenzen)
  • Strukturierte Dokumentation im Ticketsystem

Das wünschen wir uns von dir

  • Erste Erfahrung im IT-Support oder großes technisches Interesse
  • Grundkenntnisse in Windows und Microsoft 365
  • Service- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an Teamarbeit
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Klasse B von Vorteil

Optional / Nice-to-have:

  • Erfahrung mit Active Directory
  • Erste Berührungspunkte mit Netzwerken oder Virtualisierung
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Exchange Online, Teams oder SharePoint
