Als Kaufmännischer Mitarbeiter im Back Office & in der Disposition unterstützt Du unsere kaufmännische Verwaltung und unsere Disposition im Tagesgeschäft. Du sorgst dafür, dass Aufträge, Bestellungen, Termine und Kundenanfragen zuverlässig bearbeitet werden und trägst maßgeblich dazu bei, dass unsere internen Abläufe reibungslos funktionieren.

Das bedeutet im Detail

  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Koordination von Technikereinsätzen
  • Abstimmung von Terminen mit Kunden, Technikern und internen Teams
  • Auftragserfassung und administrative Bearbeitung von Kundenaufträgen
  • Beschaffung von Hard- und Software sowie Nachverfolgung von Bestellungen
  • Erstellung von Angeboten, Auftragsbestätigungen und Rechnungen
  • Pflege von Preislisten, Kunden- und Stammdaten
  • Unterstützung bei der kaufmännischen Betreuung von Projekten
  • Telefonische und schriftliche Kommunikation mit Kunden, Lieferanten und Dienstleistern
  • Strukturierte Dokumentation relevanter Vorgänge und Informationen

Das wünschen wir uns von dir

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Idealerweise Ausbildung als IT-Systemkaufmann (m/w/d), Kaufmann für IT-System-Management (m/w/d) oder vergleichbar
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Umfeld, im IT-Umfeld von Vorteil
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Auffassungsgabe, Organisationsgeschick und ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an Teamarbeit
  • Interesse an IT-Themen und digitalen Technologien
