Aufgaben, die auf dich warten

Du bist die technische Spezialisten- und Eskalationsinstanz nach unserem 1st-Level-Support und verantwortest die Analyse sowie nachhaltige Lösung komplexer Störungen in modernen IT-Infrastrukturen. Dabei arbeitest Du eng mit unseren Kunden und internen Teams zusammen und sorgst für stabile, sichere und leistungsfähige IT-Systeme.

Das bedeutet im Detail:

  • Entgegennahme, Analyse und Bearbeitung von komplexen Störungen und Serviceanfragen aus dem 1st- Level-Support
  • Fehlerdiagnose und nachhaltige Problemlösung in Server-, Netzwerk- und Client-Umgebungen
  • Remote- und Vor-Ort-Support für unsere Kunden
  • Installation, Konfiguration und Administration von Microsoft-Server- und Client-Systemen
  • Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung von Virtualisierungsumgebungen (z.B. Hyper-V)
  • Begleitung und Optimierung von Microsoft 365 Cloud-Diensten
  • Unterstützung bei Projekten im Bereich IT-Security, Netzwerk und Systemintegration
  • Erstellung von Dokumentationen und Wissensartikeln für den internen Gebrauch
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Mitarbeitenden aus dem 1st-Level-Support, dem Projektteam und externen Dienstleistern

Das wünschen wir uns von dir

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder als Systemadministrator (m/w/d)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows-Server- und Client-Betriebssystemen sowie Netzwerk- und Virtualisierungstechnologien (Hyper-V, VMware)
  • Kenntnisse in IT-Security und gängigen Sicherheitskonzepten
  • Fundierte Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Kenntnisse in Entra-ID, Autopilot und Intune zur Verwaltung und Sicherheitssteuerung
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, hohe Problemlösungskompetenz und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten
  • Belastbarkeit in stressigen Situationen sowie Freude an Teamarbeit
  • Gute deutsche Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Klasse B
