岗位职责 1. 负责产品从 0 到 1 的孵化与落地 围绕真实场景，完成用户研究、需求洞察、产品定位、功能设计、原型验证、MVP 上线及持续迭代，对产品阶段性结果负责。 2. 建立用户洞察与产品验证闭环 主动研究目标用户的学习动机、使用习惯和核心痛点，将模糊需求转化为可验证的产品方案，通过访谈、数据和用户反馈持续校准产品方向。 3. 推动产品快速验证与持续迭代 能够拆解目标、判断优先级并协调相关资源，在资源有限、信息不完整的情况下快速做出最小可行方案，推动产品上线并持续优化。 4. 负责产品早期增长与裂变运营 结合产品定位策划裂变活动、用户激励和传播机制，独立完成活动方案、执行跟进、数据复盘与迭代优化，探索低成本、可持续的用户增长方式。 5. 利用 AI 完成内容与素材生产 熟练使用现有 AI 工作台及各类 AI 工具，高效完成活动文案、传播素材、视频脚本、落地页内容等创意产出，并持续优化 AI 内容生产流程和质量标准。 6. 建立数据驱动的业务闭环 关注用户获取、激活、留存、传播及转化等关键指标，通过数据分析识别问题、提出假设并推动实验，让产品、运营和内容形成完整闭环。 7. 持续关注 AI 与教育产品趋势 主动研究 AI 产品、语言学习、海外用户增长及内容传播的新趋势，将有价值的新工具、新方法快速应用于实际业务。

任职要求 1. 本科及以上学历，工作经验 3 年以内；专业不限，不要求具备强相关行业经验，更看重学习速度、思考能力和成长潜力。 2. 对 AI 有强烈兴趣和持续投入，具备 AI 原生思维；不是停留在“会使用工具”，而是能够主动研究模型能力、设计工作流，并使用 AI 提升产品、运营和内容工作的效率与质量。 3. 同时具备较好的产品 sense 和运营 sense：既能理解用户、定义问题和设计方案，也能关注传播、转化和增长结果。 4. 自驱力和主人翁意识强，面对模糊目标能够主动补充信息、拆解任务并推进落地，不依赖完整指令或成熟流程。 5. 具备较强的执行力和闭环能力，能够从想法出发，完成方案、执行、验证、复盘和迭代，而不是只负责其中一个环节。 6. 对用户需求和内容表达敏感，具备基本审美和创意判断，能够识别什么样的产品体验与传播内容更容易打动用户。 7. 具备基本的数据意识和逻辑分析能力，能够根据数据和用户反馈进行判断，不凭感觉做产品和运营决策。 8. 学习能力强、思维开放、愿意尝试，对从 0 到 1 的不确定性有热情，愿意和业务一起探索新的产品机会。
