1. 参与高中数学课程研发与迭代，结合课程标准、教材特点及学生学习需求，完成教学内容设计与优化，提升课程质量与学习体验； 2. 参与高中数学动画课程开发，梳理教学目标、认知难点和讲解主线，探索运用 AI 辅助完成大纲、文案及可视化教学内容设计； 3. 配合产品与技术团队开展高中数学标签体系和知识图谱建设，参与标签定义、知识关系梳理与结果审核，保障学科内容的准确性与合理性； 4. 围绕实际教研任务开展 AI 应用探索，通过实验、反馈与迭代改进产物质量，将有效方法沉淀为可复用的规则、模板和工作流程，并按计划完成交付。

1. 数学、数学教育等相关专业，具备扎实的高中数学学科功底，有高中数学教学或课程研发经验；有重点中学教学、大型教育机构教研经验者优先； 2. 熟悉高中数学课程标准、高考命题特点及不同版本教材，具备独立开展专题教研和教学内容设计的能力，能够准确识别学生的认知难点； 3. 具备良好的逻辑思维与文字表达能力，能够将复杂知识转化为清晰、易懂的讲解；有课程文案、动画脚本或可视化教学内容开发经验者优先； 4. 具备基础 AI 工具使用能力，能够结合具体任务独立拆解问题、主动尝试、检查结果并根据反馈调整方法；有运用 AI 改进教学内容或工作流程的实践经验者优先； 5. 自驱力强，面对开放性问题能够主动学习、持续探索并推进落地；具备良好的协作意识和进度管理能力，能够按约定标准与时间完成交付。
