职位要求 1. 本科及以上学历，985/211院校优先，专业不限； 2. 1-3年产品运营经验，熟悉K12群体，具备极强的用户同理心 3. 较强沟通协调能力、项目管理能力，能够独立完成产品方案，并推动跨部门合作，确保项目顺利执行 4. 具备数据分析、文案撰写、活动策划能力，可独立产出运营方案 5. 有强烈的责任心、自驱力和抗压能力，能够在快节奏的工作环境中高效完成任务
