1. 基于 Vue 3技术栈与 TypeScript 进行业务功能开发、组件封装与重构，保障可维护性与性能。 2. 与产品、设计、后端协作，完成需求评审、接口联调、问题定位与线上问题跟进。 3. 参与前端工程化建设：代码规范、组件库及业务模块沉淀。 4. AI 方向：在日常开发中规范使用 AI 相关工具，参与或探索过与业务/提效相关的 AI 能力落地。

1. 经验：1年以上前端开发经验，有项目交付经历 2. 技术栈：熟练掌握 Vue 3 生态（Vue Router、Pinia 等）、TypeScript、HTML/CSS 与浏览器基础；熟悉现代构建工具（如 Vite / Webpack）与 Git 协作流程 3. 工程能力：具备组件化思维，了解性能优化基本手段 4. AI 编程经验：有使用Cursor/claude code等AI编程工具的经验，能对 AI 生成内容做审查、测试与重构，有团队协作与安全合规意识 5. AI 探索能力：在 AI 应用上具备主动探索与持续实践的意识，能自发跟进行业与工具变化并动手验证，推动形成可落地、可交付的产出，避免停留在空想或仅做表面调研 6. 软性素质：沟通清晰，学习能力强，愿意在 AI 与前端快速演进的环境中持续迭代
