1. 负责教育新产品的业务规划，基于市场、用户和竞争环境判断机会方向，明确产品定位、业务目标和阶段性推进策略。 2. 牵头新品从 0 到 1 的定义与验证，包括目标用户、产品形态、内容供给、售卖策略、服务模型及商业化路径设计。 3. 统筹课程内容、产品、运营转化、服务交付、市场等相关资源，推动新品从设计、上线、销售转化到服务履约的完整闭环。 4. 对新品经营结果负责，围绕营收、增长、转化、用户价值和长期产品生命力进行持续判断、复盘和关键决策。 5. 沉淀新品孵化和产品线经营方法，逐步独立负责产品线运转，并承担业务负责人角色。

1. 具备负责人视角，能够在市场机会、用户价值、产品供给和商业结果之间建立系统判断；具备较强的新品判断能力，能快速识别机会、验证假设，并判断产品是否具备放大潜力。 2. 具备产品与内容审美，能够判断教育产品的用户体验、课程内容质量、学习产品设计和商业包装之间是否匹配。 3. 具备较强的经营意识和结果意识，关注的不只是单点转化，而是产品线的营收模型、增长空间和长期可持续性。 4. 学习力高，推动力和决策能力强，能在不确定环境下整合资源、识别关键问题并推动结果达成。 5. 有消费品 PM、新品孵化、增长、运营、营销商业化、产品商业化等相关经验优先；不强制要求教育行业经验，但需要能快速理解教育业务、课程内容和学习产品逻辑。
