【岗位职责】 1、拓展民办初高中学校、各省市民办教育协会、各区县教育局等客户资源； 2、独立负责客户从需求挖掘、方案演示、体验落地到签约的全流程闭环，为最终的回款负责； 3、定期对市场环境，跟进计划，业绩结果等进行数据整理分析复盘，并进行针对性的调整，确保营收目标达成； 4、分析和预测行业趋势，客户需求，为决策提供精准信息依据； 5、完成上级安排的其他工作任务。

【职位要求】 1、3年以上To B销售经验，独立主导过1个以上百万级大客户项目，有教育To B销售经验者优先； 2、曾任职于相关行业企业，有民办学校、民办协会、教育局资源者优先； 3、有较强的售前能力，能结合客户需求，制定针对性的解决方案，并可以有效传递产品和公司价值； 4、有较强的项目协调和谈判能力，目标感强，可以接受外派。
