1. 营销策略与价格：负责优惠券、续购、保价等营销能力的规划与迭代，明确「给谁、给什么优惠、用什么方式生效」的营销规则体系，持续提升营销能力的可配置性。 2. 商品供给与售卖：负责商品建模与售卖配置，明确「卖什么、怎么卖」，对商品供给准确率与配置效率负责。 3. 增长获客与转化承接：负责投放渠道管理，完善获客场景流程与运营工具，支持市场与投放策略的灵活配置。 4. 内容运营配置：负责 App 资源位与内容配置能力，将高频运营诉求沉淀为运营可自助配置的工具，并保障配置风险可控。 5. 用户管理与分层：负责用户档案、用户标签与封禁治理，以及ABTest 工具和用户分层能力，支撑各业务线的分层运营与用户治理，做到策略命中可追溯。

1. 本科及以上学历，3 年以上互联网产品经验，有营销、商品或交易方向的中后台 / B 端平台产品经验，具备独立负责平台级模块的完整案例。 2. 系统理解交易与营销链路，熟悉优惠计算、券与权益、商品建模、订单与交易，具备将复杂业务规则抽象为可配置产品能力的设计经验。 3. 有大型项目的主导经验，具备多方协同、节点管控与风险预判能力，能提供可量化的业务结果。 4. 具备 AI 应用的实际落地经验：熟悉大模型能力边界与 Prompt / Agent / RAG 等基本范式，能熟练使用 AI 工具独立完成调研、方案、数据分析或可运行原型，并有个人主导的 AI 实践案例。 5. 出色的结构化思维与书面表达能力，文档质量高、逻辑严谨；数据敏感度强，能基于数据定位问题并形成产品化解法。 加分项 - 在线教育、内容付费行业背景，理解课程商品与续购链路； - 有营销平台或商品中台从 0 到 1 搭建并规模化的成功案例； - 有 AI 产品从 0 到 1 的落地经验。
