工作职责 - 迭代需求测试：负责对接产品需求，编写测试用例，完成APP需求按时高质量上线 - 测试平台建设：负责测试平台的设计与开发，搭建通用测试框架，提升测试效率与质量覆盖率 - 测试工具开发：开发智能化测试工具，覆盖自动化、接口、性能、安全等专项，驱动测试工程化 - AI能力评测平台：构建AI模型/产品的评测工具与平台，沉淀评测标准与数据集，支持模型迭代 - 质量体系建设：参与需求评审、架构设计，制定测试计划与用例，把控产品质量，沉淀测试技术与流程规范

必备条件 - 学历：本科及以上，计算机、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业 - 经验：1-3年互联网测试开发经验，1年及以上自动化测试/测试开发岗位经验 - 编程能力：熟练掌握 Python，掌握java、Vue3、MySQL、flask、Django等为加分项 - 测试基础：熟悉测试理论与方法，能独立设计测试用例、制定测试策略 核心能力 - 平台架构设计：有测试平台、测试框架设计经验，熟悉平台化、模块化开发思路 - 自动化测试开发：掌握 Selenium/Appium/pytest/Jmeter/Locust等主流框架和工具，有实际自动化项目落地经验 - 工具开发：能独立完成测试工具开发（前后端），或者AI开发落地经验，有平台开发经验优先 - 问题排查定位：具备较强的逻辑分析能力，能独立定位复现问题 - AI实践能力：对AI/LLM/Agent等有认知，有AI驱动测试提效或AI产品测试经验

加分项 - 有测试平台（如真机平台、接口平台、CI/CD 平台）从0到1建设经验 - 熟悉 Vue/React/React Native 等前端技术，有前后端全栈能力 - 熟悉机器学习/深度学习基础，了解 PyTorch/TensorFlow 等主流框架 - 有 LLM/大模型产品测试经验，了解 Prompt Engineering、RAG、Agent 等AI应用架构 - 有性能测试、安全测试实战经验（JMeter/Locust/Grafana 等）
