1. 负责洋葱学园市场策略相关业务的前端研发, 覆盖中后台系统, 用户侧页面与 AI 创新产品. 2. 参与 AI 与研发流程的结合: 判断哪些工具和工作流值得引入, 动手验证后沉淀为团队基础设施, 帮助整个团队提效. 3. 承担 FDE 式角色: 深入业务一线与真实用户场景, 从需求澄清, 方案设计, 开发上线到效果回收全程负责. 4. 协同产品经理, 业务研发, 用户反馈团队交付产品, 主动发现产品与流程中的改进机会并推动落地.

1. 有可验证的前端交付经历. 年限可放宽, 能力突出者可不足 1 年; 更看重近 1 到 2 年里独立做成过什么. 2. 扎实的 JavaScript / TypeScript 基础, 具备 Vue 工程能力, 能处理小程序或移动端 H5 适配中的真实问题. 3. 熟悉 Git 与主流工程化工具链, 能在自己交付过的项目里讲清组件化, 性能与稳定性上做过的取舍. 4. 已在日常开发中使用 AI 编程工具提效, 或能证明自己可以快速把新工具变成可复用流程. 工具不限 Cursor, Codex 或其他产品. 5. 沟通直接, 能和产品, 业务把模糊需求澄清到可执行, 并对上线后的结果负责. 加分项 1. 有全栈经验: 熟悉 Node.js, Go, Python 中至少一门服务端技术, 了解数据库, 缓存与部署, 能独立完成一个小型系统的端到端交付. 2. 有 AI 产品的完整上线经验, 例如对话式交互, 生成式内容或 Agent. 了解流式输出, SSE, 富文本渲染或上下文管理即可加分, 不作为硬性要求. 3. 有可公开的代码, 技术 blog 或 demo, 请在简历中附上链接.
