工作职责： 1. 经营目标与业务推进 围绕年、季、月目标拆解关键指标和业务动作，建立复盘、追踪、预警、闭环及重点项目推进机制，推动中台从支持型向经营型升级。 2. 数据经营与绩效管理 搭建经营分析体系，围绕收入、回款、利润、销售漏斗、代理商健康度等输出经营洞察；负责绩效、提成和激励政策设计与落地；推动 CRM 和销售过程管理，确保规则执行、数据真实和费用有效。 3. 代理商与渠道运营 统筹代理商准入、续签、分层、激励、结算和退出等全生命周期管理；基于业绩、潜力和回款质量推进分层运营与资源投放，沉淀渠道打法，提升经营质量和增长效率。 4. 商品与流程运营 负责商品策略、政策、定价及销售支持，统筹订单、合同、回款、分润、开票、发货等业务流程；结合不同业务模式优化流程效率、数据衔接和合规管理。 5. 团队管理与跨部门协同 统筹中台团队目标、分工和能力建设，协同销售、交付、产研、财务、HRBP 等推动关键问题解决，平衡业务需求与经营规则。

任职要求： 1. 本科及以上学历，5 年以上相关运营或业务管理经验，有团队管理经验优先。 2. 具备较强的业务运营能力，能够围绕目标搭建机制并推动落地。具备良好的数据分析能力，能通过数据发现问题、判断重点并推动解决。 3. 具备机制设计与流程管理能力，能够推动规则执行和组织协同。愿意深入一线理解业务，能将实际问题转化为可复制的方法。 4. 具备成熟的跨部门沟通与推动能力，既能支持业务发展，也能坚持规则和效率。具备渠道管理、教育行业、区域业务管理或新业务体系搭建经验加分。
