Al赋能+流程规范 负责公司智课业务质量保障,主导测试体系建设,推动测试流程标标准化、规范化、可度量。 搭建/优化自动化测试平台,涵盖接口、UI、APP、性能等方向,提升回回归效率与覆盖率。 引入AI能力赋能测试团队:基于大模型、RAG、低代码平台(如Dify)落地缺陷分析、测试脚本生成、报告总结、E2E测试等。 负责测试工具研发与集成:接口自动化、UI自动化、监控、CI/CD流水线建设。 推动测试团队用例资产化、数据可复用、流程可追踪;打造"预警→根因定位→自动回放"的智能化闭环。 定位线上/线下复杂问题,输出性能瓶颈,支撑业务高速迭代。

1、计算机、软件工程、人工智能等相关专业，一本及以上学历； 2、1年以上工作经验，具备代码基础，熟悉编程语言经验者 3、具备良好的逻辑思维能力,优秀的学习能力和沟通能力,,责任心强。 4、具备良好的分析、定位问题能力。 5、有真实AI项目落地经验者优先。
