职位描述 1、参与洋葱自有教育题库建设，负责题库及底层核心课程资源服务的技术方案设计及开发； 2、负责洋葱后端微服务的技术提升、创新及AI大模型业务落地 3、作为技术R或参与推进负责项目持续落地

职位要求 1、必须：3年以上后端工作经验，编程语言不限。熟悉go语言或可转go语言优先 2、必须：熟悉教育类题库相关业务知识，了解katex，latex等，有教育类题库构建经验，包括并不限于数据清洗、自动化录入、相似题识别/推荐等 3、必须：熟悉教育类题库技术架构，熟悉教育类题库构建的相关技术知识，如Elasticsearch / OpenSearch 等搜索技术、OCR、向量搜索、相似度算法等 2、加分：掌握golang，熟悉golang生态，熟悉gin框架，熟悉restful规范，有其他rpc、golang kratos 微服务框架经验更佳 3、熟悉关系型数据库，mysql、pg等。熟悉非关系数据库 redis、es等 并有应用经验。 4、熟悉常用消息队列rabbitmq、kafka等，并有一定理解。 5、熟悉docker，并有实践经验，有k8s使用经验。 6、熟练使用AI IDE，如TRAE、Cursor、Codex、Claude Code等 7、熟悉大模型应用开发的基础开发理论及知识，有个人或公司大模型项目开发经验更佳 8、对微服务有一定理解，对微服务有应用经验优先，有高并发、分布式经验、了解DDD优先 9、需要良好的沟通和协作能力，抗压能力强 10、需要有自我驱动能力，不断持续学习。 11、如有github 可以在简历附加⁠⁠‬‬
