岗位职责 1. 省域战略规划：根据公司整体战略，制定山东省年度业务规划及阶段性目标，拆解并落实各区域、各销售组的考核指标。 2. 高端资源经营：负责拓展并维护山东省内Top级民办教育集团、山东各地市民办协会的高层关系，实现顶级资源集采式签约。 3. 团队梯队建设：负责山东销售团队的梯度搭建与培训，通过实战带教提升团队针对大项目的“攻坚”能力； 4. 标杆项目打造：主导省内百万级或具有全省影响力的标杆项目落地，形成可供全省、全国复制的“山东模式”。 5. 经营风险管控：对全省的回款负责，深度分析区域竞争对手动态，并针对山东独特的市场环境（如双减政策落实差异、民办学校转公等）制定应对策略。

任职要求 1. 行业深耕：8年以上To B销售经验，其中至少5年以上教育信息化或智慧教育行业管理经验，有从0到1组建并领导省区团队的成功案例； 2. 过往战绩：作为核心决策者或负责人，主导过5百万级以上的单体教育项目或千万级以上的年度省域盘子，有亮眼的业绩增长曲线； 3. 资源禀赋：在山东教育系统有深厚的人脉沉淀，熟悉当地及各市县民办教育发展现状，能迅速打通关键决策链路； 4. 格局与视野：不仅是销售高手，更是方案专家。能敏锐捕捉AI技术与学科教学融合的痛点，具备与教育局长、民办校董平等对话的能力； 5. 抗压与冲劲：极强的自我驱动力，能适应高频省内出差，具备在复杂市场环境下拿结果的“狼性”和韧性。
